The annual Spirits, Brews & Bites crawl through Historic Folsom returns Saturday, Oct. 17, with tastings at 20 venues and room for 600 ticketed guests.

The Folsom Historic District Association bills the afternoon event as "Trick-or-Treating for Adults." Attendees walk the Sutter Street corridor from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m., sampling beers, spirits and food bites from local breweries, distilleries and restaurants. Live music, festive decor and costumes round out the scene. Everyone goes home with a commemorative tasting glass.

The 2026 event's 600-ticket cap marks a jump from recent years. The 2024 edition capped attendance at 500, according to FHDA board minutes. That year, 432 of those tickets had sold by early October.

The 2025 event nearly sold out. Only 150 tickets remained as of the Oct. 8, 2025, board meeting, and organizers described the lineup as "full, more food than ever," according to FHDA meeting minutes. After the Oct. 18, 2025, event wrapped, November board minutes noted it "was organized well, spread throughout the District" and that "feedback from the participating vendors was exceedingly positive."

Tickets are not yet on sale.

The association's event page lists them as "on sale soon," with purchases to be handled through the district's TicketSpice portal. No price has been announced. Businesses and organizations interested in sponsoring the crawl can watch for the 2026 sponsor packet, also listed as coming soon, at the association's sponsorship page.
