Sacramento Sheriff’s Deputies ran the plates of a stolen car in the Arden Arcade area of Sacramento. The driver of the car fled and led the officers on a high speed pursuit that exceeded speeds of 100 mph. The eventually crashed into a hair salon, killing the driver, 20 year old Alicia French of Fair Oaks.
